Circular economy and waste recycling- review, challenges and opportunities in Vietnam and France

Abstract

   Circular economy (CE), intending to provide a better alternative to the dominant economic development model, has become recently a familiar concept globally. CE aims to maximize the use of resource efficiency in order to achieve a better harmony between economy, society and environment factors. This paper is a review of CE with reference to waste recycling, challenges and future direction of CE in both Vietnam and France.
