Research on parameters affecting the accuracy of 3D printer products by FDM technology

Abstract

   The paper presents the research results on designing and manufacturing two-nozzle 3D printers and shows the results of the influencing parameters such as printing thickness, printing speed and filling rate affecting the accuracy as well as surface quality of 3D printing products. Taguchi's experimental method is used to design experiments and evaluate the effect of these parameters on the accuracy of 3D printing products.
