The role of investors in the form of direct management of investment projects of construction and management work of construction quality for hydraulic works

Abstract

Project management of construction investment is affected by technical, natural and social factors, the appropriate selection of form of project management of construction investment to facilitate the units involved in the projet achieve the  goal, the task for project. Currently, employer (project owner) have an important role, requiring high activeness, acting as clue for implemennting work. The article has mentioned the management of construction of compacted earth dam, a work item with specific of hydraulic works to analyze to clarify the role of enployer in the process of implementation.
