Rasing the efficiency of works hydraulic constructing investment management using ODA fund

Abstract

     ODA fund plays an important role in upgrading hydraulic work systems for supporting agriculture growth and other socio-economic groups, hence gradually raising the level of safety against natural disasters. Recently, the management of ODA-funded projects has made significant progress and achieved remarkable effect. However there are still many existing problems, which need to take more consideration
