Abstract
Exploiting culinary cultural values to develop people's livelihoods is a very effective way in many localities nationwide. This is shown through the close, organic interaction between humans and natural conditions. However, with socio-economic development, this relationship in some localities is becoming increasingly tense because of the over-exploitation of natural resources by humans, leading to many consequences, affecting the environment and the livelihoods of local people. Through collecting, analyzing, and evaluating secondary information about experiences in exploiting culinary cultural values to develop livelihoods for residents in many localities, this article analyzed the relationship between humans and nature, and provided lessons for sustainable livelihood development for Tien Hai district, Thai province Binh.
