RESOURCES ASSESSMENT FOR SOME DEVELOPMENT TYPE OF POTENTIAL TOURISM OF BINH DINH PROVINCE

Abstract

A study to assess the convenience of resources for the development of different types of tourism in the province is essential to develop a feasible for tourism development in Binh Dinh province. Four types of tourism were considered, these being general visiting, relaxation tourism, ecological tourism and cultural tourism. Using the theoretical basis of synthetic assessment of the convenience of resources for these four types, with a meta-analysis of a number of complementary factors, the study evaluated prospective tourism in Binh Dinh province. The assessment results have initially determined the areas of resource concentration, the types of resources and the degree of convenience of the dominant tourism types according to the local territory. This is the scientific basis for proposing spatial orientation to develop potential and outstanding tourism types in Binh Dinh province.
