INDENTIFY SOME ENVIRONMENTAL CONFILICTS OF CRAFT VILAGE MAN XA, YEN PHONG DISTRCT, BACNINH PROVINEC

Abstract

Van Mon commune (Yen Phong, Bac Ninh) is a long-standing Man Xa aluminum recycling craft village, making an important contribution to socio-economic development. However, the environmental consequences here are also posing many challenges. Over the years of production, the facilities have emitted more than 300 thousand tons of waste slag and a lot of untreated emissions, causing serious environmental pollution. As a result, the lives and health of many people in the commune are affected, the number of people suffering from respiratory diseases, cancer is increasing. The article is based on the assessment of the current environmental situation and the environmental planning of the craft village to analyze and identify the risks leading to environmental conflicts in the Man Xa craft village, thereby proposing some solutions for environmental protection of craft villages.
