Abstract

Cao Bang has diversity natural conditions and resources which is very favorable for tourism development. In recent years, the tourism has made significant changes, contributing to boost the socio-economic development. However, this economic sector still faces many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, the article researches and assesses the natural conditions and resources which are the basis for proposing solutions and spatial orientation for tourism development. The study results have identified areas that are very suitable for tourism development, typically Phia Oac - Phia Den National Park, Ban Gioc waterfall, Pac Bo relic area, Tran Hung Dao forest... the article proposes 5 tourist routes and 6 priority spaces for tourism development in Cao Bang province.
