Abstract

Ha Long Bay is recognized as a world natural heritage by UNESCO, so responsible tourism development by entities participating in tourism activities in ha Long Bay is an urgent requirement for sustainable development. The article uses the methods of collecting, analyzing documents and field surveys combined with in-depth interviews to clarify the current situation of responsible tourism development in the Ha Long Bay area according to aspects of tourism management, product development, communication, employment, corporate responsibility. From there, the article points out some limitations and suggests some solutions for the Ha Long Bay area in developing responsible tourism.
