Abstract

The quality of human resource is considered as a decisive factor in the transformation process economy growth model towards green direction, taking the application of modern technology science as a breakthrough. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize solutions to enhance quality of human resource for the transformation of production method based on assessing the quality of human resource with reasonable set of criteria. Based on documents from domestic and foreign organizations, this article focuses on analyzing some content about human resource quality to meet green growth demand in aquaculture, especially applying method of green production - VietGap as basis to propose a set of suitable criteria with assessment object being the capacity of participators in production activities.
