Abstract

Floating market is a traditional form of commercial business only found in some Southeast Asian countries. In Vietnam, floating markets have only been formed and developing in the Mekong Delta region. In addition to their commercial function, floating markets are also a destination for many domestic and foreign tourists. Studying tourist satisfaction is important for tourism development at floating markets since their satisfaction has a positive impact on their loyalty. This article employed data collected from a survey of 400 tourists and analyzed by quantitative methods with the aim at clarifying factors affecting tourist satisfaction with tourism at floating markets in the Mekong Delta region.
