Studying the process of fast charging batteries used by electric cars and hybrid

Abstract

     The right charging technique for traction batteries enhances the battery life and provides higher battery efficiency. By using simple battery model (two elements equivalent circuit) the effect of charging technique to charging time and battery efficiency has been studied. Based on these results, some conclusion on reduce charging time and improving battery efficiency have been shown in this paper.
