Division of responsibilities by concerned parties in container shipping

Abstract

    This article introduces a general about container and methods of container shipping. On the basis of the International Convention for carriage by sea, the article clearly show the responsibilities of concerned parties: the shipper, the carrier, the consignee of the container shipping. Thereby, Vietnam's shipowner and cargoowner can refer it in shipping services.
