Some factors affect the working motivation of officials and lecturers of colleges and universities in Phu Yen province

Abstract
The study is conducted to find out the factors affecting the working motivation of officials and lecturers of colleges and universities in Phu Yen province; and evaluates the influence of these factors. Through the questionnaire, the authors ask for the opinions of officials and lecturers of these schools. After filtering the data, the research team use SPSS 20 software to perform Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear regression analysis. Research results show that there are 4 factors that positively affect work motivation in descending order: Working conditions; Salary, bonus and incentive scheme; Working environment; Recognition of achievements. The article also discusses the research 2 results and the managerial proposals to improve the working motivation of officials and lecturers.
