Saeculum- the cycle of time and hints for university education

Abstract

 A new conception of the nature of time: time is not linear, but cyclical. By using historical and logical methods, the article will give an overview of ancient legends, saeculum theory, and scientific theory, thereby initially analyzing the internal motor laws of time through history, through the generations, and through the life cycles; based on it, the author will make some of proposals to apply cyclicity to university education, such as: base on generation characteristics, focus on information technology, encourage independent learning, and practical content.
