The impact of artificial intelligence on banking operations

Abstract

The ongoing explosive growth of the use of AI and machine learning techniques offers ample opportunity for massive improvements in banking. The study summarizes AI applications in banking operations, analyze the main impacts of AI on banking operations, and assesses the challenges of AI applications in banks. Since then, the study offers some recommendations for Vietnamese banks.
