Petrolimex indentifying liquidity risks at Petrolimex Joint stock tanker Company

Abstract

The process of general risk management and payment risk management of enterprises include basic aspects as follows: identifying risks, measuring risks, analyzing risks, assessing risks and sponsoring risks. This paper examines the very first stage in the above process, namely payment risk identification with focus on designing an appropriate scale and system of research criteria to detect payment risks (whether exist or not; exist at high, acceptable or low level) at Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) during 2015-2019. Accordingly, recommendations and preventive measurements are proposed to diminish payment risks at PJTACO in the near future
