The operation of Vietnamese securities companies

Abstract

Securities companies restructuring process includes many stages such as modifying the number of securities

companies in line with the market scale, enhancing the operation’s quality, financial capacity and the

corporate governance of securities companies, orienting securities companies to play its vital roles in the

securities market. After nearly 2 years implement, the operations of securities companies have been improved

significantly. This paper analyses several changes in the operations of securities companies and gives some

solutions to reinforce activity’s capacity of these companies.
