Administrative procedure reform at the State Bank of Vietnam in the recent years

Abstract

In order to clarify the basic issues of administrative procedure reform at the State Bank of
Vietnam in the recent years- the period in which the digital transformation has been strongly carried out,
the article will analyze the basic theoretical issues of administrative procedure reform and simultaneously
point out the difficulties and challenges in practice of this activity. On that basis, the article proposes some
recommendations for the State Bank of Vietnam to reform administrative procedures associated with digital
transformation to serve people and businesses in this context.
