The innovation in multinational corporations and suggestion for Vietnamese corporations

Abstract

    The multinational corporations play important role in the world economy. One of the reasons for success of these multinational corporations is the innovation policy. This paper introduces a research of innovation and technology transfer in multinational corporations. Suggestions from the study will help new Vietnamese corporations to develop in the context of global competition.
