Farmer households' income in the process of modernization, industrialization - a view from the production input factors

Abstract

      Based on the Cobb-Dougals model, this article analyzes farmer households' income in Hai Phong province on several criteria of input factors for agricultural production. This paper shows that labors, cultivated land, capital, agricultural technology, economic sectors and migrants impact farmer households' incomes in different ways.
