Vietnam's international trade in the period 2011-2013: Facts and recommendations

Abstract

     The 2011-2013 period plays an important role in the successful implementation of 5-year socio-economic development plan 2011-2015 as well as 10-year socio-economic development plan 2011-2020. This paper provides an overview of Vietnam's import and export situation in the period 2011 to mid-2013. The paper also suggests some recommendations for Vietnam's import and export activities in 2013 and in the coming years.
