Solutions to improving the local human resource to compete with foreign workforce in Vietnam

Abstract

   This paper presents the foreign labor situation in Vietnam in recent years and the relationship between foreign labor with economic growth. The paper also recommends alternative solutions to improving the local human resource to compete with foreign workforce.
