Selection of ownership bank restructuring in Vietnam

Abstract

     This research introduces four measures of ownership bank restructuring, which are commonlyused, assessing the application of these measures in bank restructuring system process in Vietnam.The paper also provides some helpful recommendations, (i) keeping conservative in raising fund,(ii) considering group interest in merging and acquisition, (iii) providing transparent informationin case of bankruptcy and (iv) determining the legal framework and reasonable price evaluationin nationalization.
