Capital management at Hanoi Environmental Protection Fund: The facts and recommen- (]ations

Abstract

    This paper examines the capital management for loans with preferential interest rates for environmentalprotection activities at Hanoi Environmental Protection Fund (HEPF). The resultsindicate that besides the positive contribution to the socio- economic development of Hanoi, thecapital management practices at HEPF reveal some limitations. By using 5 point Likert scale,•where 5 is the highest rating, the findings show that most criteria for capital management arerated at average and below- average level.
