Determination of rational mass of span crane with box girders

Abstract

Mass is one of important parameters of a machine,which affirm the manufacturer, price of machine. The determination of rational mass of a crane is one important and necessary problem for reduction of machine price.

The paper comes up with analytic formulas to determine rational mass of a crane.They can be used in calculation of  machine effect and in optimization.
