An experimental investigation of the displacement response on acceleration signal of single-span steel beam

Abstract

The displacement responses can be obtained by numerical double intergration of accelerometer sensors which are used to measure vibration of the single-span steel beam. Application of wavelet transform to analyze acceleration and displacement signals, in which the beam is subjected to live-load. In the research, the results from the experimental displacements are presented and compared to the estimated displacements
