Abstract
The study aims to evaluate the impact of intellectual humility, instructor capability, and learning motivation on the acquired knowledge of business students. The research model is developed by extending the intellectual humility theory, instructor capability, and learning motivation. The analysis results from 538 business students at universities in Hanoi indicate that some components of intellectual humility and instructor capability have impacts on learning motivation and acquired knowledge of students. Specifically, learning motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between intellectual humility, instructor capability, and acquired knowledge. The study also provides important implications for lecturers and students to enhance teaching and learning activities and improve the acquired knowledge of students.
