The model of State and Parliament organization

Abstract

Researching on basic models of state and parliament organization in capitalist nations which national power belongs to capitalists and capitalist party, and clearly pointing out the preeminence of socialist state and parliament models; from studying the process of building Vietnamese State and Parliament from 1945 until now, the author affirmed the current model of State and Parliament organization in our country is sensible. To make the Parliament really be the superior representative agency of the people, the highest power organ, the Parliament needs to enhance the importance and role, as well as the quality of its operations, to innovate and perfect the political system; prevent and erase recession, deformation and power abuse.
