Abstract

The General Secretary affirms Vietnam and Laos have the traditional, long-lived friendship relation. Through challenges, the relationship grows more steadfast, particularly after the leadership of the Indochinese Communist Party, the relationship has been enhanced in quality. The exemplary, loyal Vietnam - Laos relationship has been established and consolidated by President Ho Chi Minh, General Secretary Kaysone Phomvihane, President Souphanouvong; has been nurtured, developed with the efforts, the blood and bones of many Vietnamese and Lao revolution generations through decades. The special solidarity and thorough cooperation relationship nowadays becomes the extremely important factor to secure the success of each country's revolution
