Abstract

The help and cooperation in training, fostering cadres is one of the most important elements, the center field in Vietnam - Laos relation, which expresses the height of the special relation, the utmost belief between two Parties, two States and the people of two countries. Besides, cooperation in training cadres contributes in strengthening the special friendship relation, consolidating the solidarity between two countries. Ho Chi Minh national Academy of Politics and Public Administration has long experienced in training and fostering Lao cadres, making great contribution in the building of politics - public administration system cadres of People Democratic Republic of Laos.
