The unchangeable sympathy and friendship between Russian and Vietnamese people

Abstract

Giving speech at the Academy, Chairman of the Federation Council V.I Matvienko expressed the proud on the support and effective help of the Soviet Union to Vietnam during and after the war as well as the mutual cooperation, the friendship annealed in a complicated world background. Nowadays, Russia - Vietnam relations is developing dynamically. Positive tendencies is forming in economic cooperation. Chairman V.I Matvienko affrirmed the sympathy and honest mutual help and friendship between Russian and Vietnamese people is invariable.
