Abstract

The great achievements of our country's agriculture in the innovation period has practically confirmed that our Party's developing path of agricultural economy is correct. To promote the effects, to boost industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas in order to create new motive for the development of rural economy, it is necessary to: develope a comprehensive, modern oriented agriculture, together with developing industry and services in rural areas; build rural infrastructure and new rural areas simultaneously; widely apply scientific - technical and technological achievements, train rural human resources; preserve national security in rural areas, struggle against corruption, waste and negatives in land management and use.
