Abstract

Innovating, enhancing the quality of theoretical operation is an urgent demand of Vietnam practical revolution in the coming period. To continue innovating theoretical research and development, it needs comprehensive innovation in both the leading guidelines and the specific measures: thinking innovation on theoretical research; creating democratic environment for theoretical research; stressing on practical summary in theoretical research; building assessment mechanism; building the theoretical operation cadres; finishing the theoretical research management mechanism and policies.
