Leadership and administrative operations of heads of public administration agencies in our country

Abstract

On behalf of implementing state management function, heads of public administration agencies are always legalized certain rights for execution. To implement his leading function, heads of agencies have to meet the demands: well oriented in policies and development goals of the agencies, the locals; being good in mobilizing, sharing and urging the people and cadres in implementing the formed goals and guidelines; being close to the people and to the cadres in the agencies.
