The legal environment of rural - urban emigrant in our country nowadays

Abstract

Rural - urban emigrant has seemed to be a stronger tendency and became an important direction in relocating human resources, promoting labor structure readjustment. However, emigrants is facing a lot of pressing social issues, one of which reasons is uncompleted institution environment. The authors gave some recommendations on completing the legal system related to rural - urban emigrant, which are building and developing the social policies system and ensuring social security, implementing population, labor, employment and income, training, medical care, housing and population management policies.
