Some opinions on the Draft of the 1992 Constitution amendment

Abstract

Researching on the Draft of the 1992 Constitution amendment, the author gave supplement opinion on: People’s ownership enrooted from the nature of the Constitution as the document that expresses people’s will, aspiration and benefit; clarifying some organizing, implementing principles of the socialism juridical State; supplying some contents on the responsibilities of the State and state cadres and staffs.
