Abstract

The author raising some issues related to wages and salary in order to unify cogition, to create a common consent for the process of perfecting the State’s salary policies: The concept of salary; salary and wages; salary of cadres and public staff, and salary earners in army sector (in producing - business sector, in public management, public administration and army sectors); salary structure includes wages system, payment forms and methods.
