Some solutions to promote tax administration regulations reform

Abstract

Reforming tax administration regulations is a breakthrough in tax administration, a premise to implement other reforms. The process of reforming tax administration regulations reform has been drastically and comprehensively implemented and has reached certain success. However, beside the achievements, there still exists some drawbacks and flaws. In order to boost reforming tax administration regulations, to create positive environment for production and business, it is necessary to carry out basic measures such as: abridge regulation process, reduce enumerating frequency, enhance the quality of one-port operation in tax agencies of all levels; boost information technology application.
