To ensure continuous and stable transition of cadre generations

Abstract

The author summarized the Party's views and guidelines on cadre rejuvenation, the combination among cadre generations, clarified the comprehensive concept of a continuous and stable transition of cadres, the content and form of this concept. Thereby, the author proposed five solutions to ensure a continuous and stable transition of cadres: thinking innovation about cadre activities; clarifying the responsibilities of executive committees and heads of units in cadre planning and training; promoting cadre’s efforts, especially the young staffs; being determined to prevent, and defeat negativity in cadre activities.
