To further clarify the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the Constitution

Abstract

The leadership of the Party is the decisive factor to every victories of Vietnam revolution. The constitutionalization of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s leadership in the Constitution is an affirmation of the will and aspiration of Vietnamese working class and the whole nation; the public declaration of party and class nature in the Constitution; the Party’s pledge to operate under Constitution and laws.
