Abstract

The article analyses the strategic advantages of AI in particular and digital technologies in general for constructing a modern public administration that contributes directly to the new era of development. The article examines the practice of Singapore, Japan, and South Korea and identifies opportunities and challenges, offering strategic recommendation for Viet Nam to maximise the potential of AI, big data and digital technologies in building a modern public administration.
