THE DIRECTIVE SPEECH ACT VERBS IN VIETNAMESE FOLK POETRY

Abstract

This  paper  mentions  the  realization  and  anlysis  of  the  directive  speech  act verbs  in  Vietnamese  folk  poetry.  Through  research  and  analysis,  the  writer  refer s  to  11 directive speech act verbs in the Vietnamese folk poetry. These verbs were analyzed in many aspects: communication, impose, availability, topic and expression.
