Situation, problems in implementing the restructuring plan of state-owned enterprises over time

Abstract

State-owned enterprise restructuring has been identified as one of the three pillars of the economic restructuring process. So far, this mission has been implemented but in practice, there are many problems. The paper focuses on the results of the implementation of the SOE Project Steering Scheme during the past period and identifies the same issues that promote the SOE restructuring process, contributing to the development of SOEs. The economy in the context of international economic integration has gone deeper and deeper.
