Abstract

Using descriptive statistics, this survey surveyed 136 CEOs of SMEs in Hanoi on organizational leadership. First of all, not all CEOs define a clear leadership orientation when leading the organization. Second, the results of the analysis 62 CEOs have clear leadership orientation, and the ratio between the leadership orientation distribution is relatively uniform. Thirdly, the enterprises surveyed by the CEOs are quite active, and there is not much difference between the performance of all surveyed enterprises and the results of operations. The motives of the 62 businesses with CEOs are clearly business oriented. The results of the study also reinforce the unreliability of the direct correlation between the leadership orientation and the performance of the previous research organization.
