Innovation policy for Hanoi city

Abstract

Innovation policy plays an important role in the results of a local innovation. Based on the survey of Hanoi enterprises by questionnaires, in-depth interviews with business managers and synthesized from secondary data sources on the state of innovation, limited innovation on Ha Cabinet has been analyzed. The innovation policy of Hanoi is proposed to overcome the constraints and create a favorable environment for innovative activities.
