Strengthening organizational capacity to assist small and medium enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in promoting socio-economic development in Vietnam. In support of this type of business, in the past, organizational systems have been established and have achieved certain results. In essence, the paper argues that the organizational system needs to be further strengthened to better realize the role of SME support in Vietnam, in particular the development of quality, to help SMEs stand up. Firm and successful in the process of international economic integration of Vietnam.
