Recognition of Religious Organizations - A Comparative Approach: The Case of Vietnam
Tóm tắt
The paper firstly discusses the three basic models of recognition of religious organizations in the world history, and then gives some insightful remarks. Here the author emphasizes that over recent decades, recognition of religious organizations remains a universal process of religious law being done in many countries and regions. Finally, he presents the case of Vietnam - where a secular state has been established since 1955 – which is now effectively adopting the second model of “recognition by registration”.Lượt tải
