Abstract

According to the report of the Ministry of Finance, the disbursement of public investment capital by September 30, 2021 is estimated at 218,550.92 billion VND, equaling 47.38% of the capital plan  assigned by the Prime Minister. Thus, after 2/3 of the year 2021, the current disbursement progress has not achieved the expected results. This article reviews the disbursement of public investment capital in the first months of 2021, thereby identifying the influencing factors for solutions in the coming time.
