Abstract

Multilateral cooperation and foreign affairs are prominent trends in international relations today and play an important role in the world's political - economic - foreign affairs. After more than 25 years of joining the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Vietnam's positive contributions to common development, creating the foundation for the establishment of a politically cohesive, interconnected economic and social responsibility sharing ASEAN community have been recognized.
